1973 Fender Stratocaster "The Duck" Replica Malmsteen Mod

Here is a cool one for any Yngwie Malmsteen fans. This is an actual 1973 Fender Olympic White Stratocaster that has been modded to be a very close replica of his well known "The Duck" stratocaster. The mods include the 4 bolt neck plate modification and fully scalloped fretboard with jumbo frets. The pickups are the Yngwie Malmsteen Duncan pickups and the pots are a mix of original 1973-Newer CTS tone pots with a Malmsteen Volume pot. Rounding it all out are the metal nut, flush mount strap locks and changed saddles.. The guitar really looks great and the original olympic white finish has faded to really match the color of the duck guitar. The back of the guitar appears to have had some reaction to being in a case for many years and is a different color than the front. The guitar weighs 7LBS and 8 ounces and plays great and comes with a non original hardshell case. The custom shop Yngwie models are going for upwards of 5k so here is a cool chance to get an actual 1973 Stratocaster modded for the neoclassical shredder.
