1972 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop

This Gibson Les Paul Deluxe was made in the USA in 1972. It shows lots of play wear, and has lived its life in smoky bars so the finish is dirty and discolored, and pretty cool looking. The pickups and all plastic parts are original. The tuners, bridge (Nashville), and pots are not original. The guitar has been refretted and weighs 10 pounds. There are no neck repairs. There is what looks like a repaired crack in the cutaway, but that is an unusual place for a repair and we don't see any touchup or glue so it may be a deep scratch. The whole guitar shows pretty heavy finish checking. This one is a great player with a great look. It has been pro-setup in our store and comes with the original case in the pictures.
