1971 Fender Stratocaster Sunburst

This Fender Stratocaster was made in the USA in 1971. Its a great playing and sounding vintage Hendrix era Stratocaster. The finish is original. The fretboard has been refretted and the rosewood above the nut replaced for some reason - it is possible this guitar had some sort of locking nut. The neck and middle pickup are original but have been rewound. The bridge pickup is era correct Fender but appears to be a Mustang flat-pole pickup. The two tone pots are original but volume pot is newer. Original tuners, bridge, pickguard, and knobs. The pickup covers are not original. This guitar has been pro-setup in our store and plays great. It comes with the original case in the pictures.
