1970 Fender Mustang Competition Burgundy Blue

This Fender Mustang was made in the USA in 1970. It shows heavy play wear but remains in great playing condition. It has the original finish with matching headstock that has faded greenish. There are some signatures on the back of the headstock that we can't make out. The parts are original except it has been refretted and has a newer nut. At some point someone must have changed the switches as the guard was routed and there is some routing under the guard there. But the original switches are back in now. The pickups and other electronics all are original. The neck stamp is too faded to be legible but the serial number is in the 1970 range. This guitar has been pro-setup in our store and comes with the case in the pics which is a vintage mustang case from the later 1970's.
