1963 Gibson Hummingbird Sunburst

This Gibson Hummingbird was made in the USA in 1963. It shows light play wear but is in very nice shape for its age. For a brief period in 1963, the Hummingbird was made with a maple back and sides, as opposed to Mahogany, and this is one of those. They are pretty rare. This one is all original. The bridge has been reglued and the original bridge-plate has been reinforced with a thin piece of maple to prevent bellying of the top. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store and is in excellent playing condition. It comes with the original case.
