1961 Supro-Valco 1616t Tube Amplifier Grey

This Supro model 1616-T was made by Valco-Chicago in 1961. Cosmetically this amp has been through the ringer but sonically it's one of the best little amps you'll find. The amp has been serviced and sounds amazing. It breaks up just how you want it to and has a great sounding-powefull tremolo circuit. The transformers are original and the electrolytic capacitors have been replaced. Cosmetically the amp is rough. The control plate is heavily oxidized and the amp shows heavy wear. It's also missing the back panel and just has a cheap plywood cover to protect the internal circuit. The speaker is original and a 3 prong power cable has been installed.
