1960's Silvertone Danelectro Model #1444 Bass Guitar Black w/Dolphin HS

This Silvertone 1444 Bass guitar was made by Danelectro in the USA in the early 1960's. These are great sounding lightweight basses. This one shows fairly heavy cosmetic wear but no structural damage and is all original with no changed parts. There wear is heaviest on the back of the neck and around the headstock and the top appears to have some residue from a cleaning product. The bass has been professionally set up with flatwound strings and is playing great with low action and weighs 6 LBS & 8 ounces.. The bass comes with a non original polyfoam case and will be expertly packed for safe shipping. Please check out the pictures and message with questions.
