This Kay K-12 3/4 Size 5 Parlor guitar was made in the late 1950's or early 1960's. The guitar is a small 3/4 size parlor guitar and sounds great with a fat baseball bat neck profile. The guitar is currently set up and strung in standard tuning but often these are strung and played as a Terz guitar and tuned up a major or minor 3rd. You'd want to install a lighter string to tune the guitar this way. The guitar is in very good overall condition with very light cosmetic wear considering the guitars age and comes as pictured with a nice hardshell parlor case. The total length of the guitar is 34" inches with a lower bout at 11" inches and the scale length is 21.75" inches. Please check out the pictures and message with questions.
