1956 Gibson Southern Jumbo SJ Sunburst

This Gibson SJ was made in the USA in 1956. The guitar shows play wear including dings, dents and there are a few repaired cracks. On the top there are also a several small puncture marks that have been professionally repaired. While the finish is original, there is some touch-up where cracks were repaired. The parts all appear original, although the guitar had other tuners on it at one point and the shafts were enlarged. Original single line klusons are back on it. Aside from the play wear, the guitar is a cannon, and plays and sounds great. The angle angle is fine and the action is low. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store. It comes with a non original case.
