This Silvertone model 1301 was made in the USA by Danelectro in 1955. The 1301 is essentially the same as the U2 model. Being a 1955 this guitar has the earlier smaller and thinner body. Given its age it is in outstanding all original condition. It plays and sounds great and comes with the original case.
